Blog On A Single Topic
I have started using this strategy on my new blogs. I think we can select a single topic from our niche If you are beginner I recommend you to use this strategy . Rather than writing content on many Categories of your niche you should try to focus on only one Category such as SEO or Traffic Generation or others according to your niche.
Build your blog around that single topic and write great unique content on that topic. Writing around just one topic might make your work a bit easier and simpler. Start from just one topic. Build great content around that so than most of the keywords around that topic will be present on your blog which might make your blog’s presence a bit more stronger in google. In this case the more stronger your presence the better Search Engine Ranking . The other advantage is that you will create a great site structure which will be more search engine friendly.
Most of the people while starting blogging will think to make a blog around technology and Gadgets. As people don’t have to work preety hard to get knowledge about the new gadgets and their specifications. Which they can use and write it in their own language. Many bloggers are still using this techniques but it will not be helpful for long term blogging aspects.
I think this is a great strategy to start your new blog as it will be much easier to write well focused and good quality content which can work wonders for your new blog. After you have established your blog you can always expand it .
This is great strategy for new bloggers also as blogging on single topic rather than covering all the other topics which I think is a great strategy to start on. Share everything you know because that’s what your visitors want. Because sharing is caring & you got to show your visitors that you care for them. Start writing an article thinking that is this article will be useful to my visitors. Make proper use of keywords which you have selected. Because it is the most important aspect to get good search engine ranking. If you have selected SEO to write content about then do a proper research on it before writing the article. Share your experience and ask other successful blogger to correct you or add their opinions.
Ask For Help To Guest Authors
In case you don’t have time to write content on your blog their various program which might help you to find guest author who are willing to write unique articles on your blog for getting backlinks. One such forum which I recommend you to join to look out for guest authors is My Blog Guest. I have been an active member of this forum & its absolutely a great place find guest authors.
You can even hire freelancers to write content for your blog. You can find them on Elance & Freelancer.
Avoid Use Of Auto Blogging Plugins
Their are various Auto- blogging plugins and Tools available in the market which might help you to copy content from various sources and post it on your blog but that’s not gonna help you. You will have to invest money to purchase such kind of products. Which I recommend not to because even though they it will simplify your work but it will provide your visitors with some copied content which they might have across previously. It will be some other person’s work which might be crappy and not well optimized. So I recommend you not to invest in any Auto- Blogging Tools.
Work In A Team
If you hesitate to give backlinks to others & hence don’t want guest authors to write content for you. You can opt to work in a team. Ask your friends if they can join you . Divide the work such as backlinking to one person, social promotion to other & so on. Credit the positions according to their capabilities so that they can handle them properly. You can even divide your team according to your needs and time. It will be beneficial to work in a team so that you can develop your blog with different ideas and not only one person handles the full responsibility of your blog’s progress. It will also make your work load much lesser.
Writing good quality content is the main thing on which you have to focus on because your blog’s design and plugin will give you one time visitors’s but your content will give you repeating visitors. If your content is good you will certainly gain noticed. You will create your identity with your content. Even People in 1839 knew that pen is mightier than sword. So Use your pen with right approach. Just take care of your content and all the other things will take care of themselves.
