At CES Vudu disclosed that they would be presenting their 3D Title streaming services from the next week. The 3D movies would presented in 480p, 720p and 1080p resolution. Users having 3D Blu-ray player and 3D HDTVs and Home Theatre from manufactures such as LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Philips, Sony PS3, Boxee etc would able to enjoy the 3D titles.
Vudu
The bandwidth needed for streaming 3D movies is same as 2D which is minimum 1mbps. Users who are already using Vudu services don’t have to download any additional software for streaming 3D Titles. Look out for new updates.
